Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, used for authentication and communication.
• Memories: coding preferences, conventions, decisions, and related context you or your tools store through the Service.
• Observations: summaries of tool usage captured by hooks (tool name, file paths, timestamps). Raw code content is not stored.
• Usage data: basic request logs for reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To generate embeddings for semantic search (via OpenAI's embedding API). Only memory summaries are sent; no raw code.
• To run intelligence processing (deduplication, compaction, pattern detection) on your memories.

What we never do

• We never train AI models on your data.
• We never sell your data to third parties.
• We never share your data with other users.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Neon PostgreSQL (database and vector embeddings), hosted in the US. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual memories, projects, or all data at any time from Settings. Account deletion removes all associated data within 30 days.

Third-party services

• Vercel: application hosting
• Neon: PostgreSQL database
• OpenAI: text embeddings (summaries only, not raw code)
• Resend: transactional email delivery

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
