Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Nairo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description
Nairo provides a cloud-hosted memory layer for AI-assisted development tools. The Service stores coding context (preferences, conventions, decisions) and makes it available across compatible tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
3. Your data
You own your data. We do not use your memories, observations, or coding context to train models. You may export or delete all your data at any time from Settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, exceed reasonable rate limits, or use it to store content unrelated to software development context.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. In no event shall Kilo Spark be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
